$12.00 per thousand gallons used
$35.00 per month Debt Service Fee (base fee charged regardless of water usage)

Changes were approved by Board of Directors at the December 9, 2023 Board Meeting.  Effective with February 2024 billing.

The "Debt Service Fee" is collected from every customer, every month in order to pay the cost of the principle and interest on the money which the district has borrowed for the completion of capital improvements.  The funds are not used for the daily operation of the district.  The funds are used for such things as water towers, plant improvements or larger mains affecting a large portion of the district.

Selling your property? Changing Tenants?
It is the owner's responsibility to notify the District Office of changes of ownership or tenants.
If you are selling property, please call the office prior to the closing date to obtain the Benefit Unit Certificate, that will need to be signed by the Seller(s) and Buyer(s) in order to transfer the meter ownership
